While many of these surplus OTR tires were mounted on wheels before, they were never installed on a vehicle and are otherwise in excellent, new old stock condition.
They were originally acquired by the military for use on RTFL’s (rough-terrain forklifts), but the size is also commonly used on scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other various small scale industrial applications.
