Noted for its great performance both on road and off, the Goodyear MV/T is a popular tire for military FMTV’s and lighter-duty MRAP’s.
The surplus tires in this listing are practically full tread take-off’s with over 98%+ of their original tread-depth remaining. While some may have very minor nicks or scuffs from this prior use, they are in otherwise great condition overall, with just enough miles to wear down the molding marks!
Most tires will still have varying amounts of runflat lubricant on the inside, a byproduct of the rubber runflats they were originally installed with. This water-soluble lubricant is easiest to remove using a soft plastic putty knife or thick cardboard to scoop out the majority of it, and then following up with a nylon scrub brush and mild soap and water to remove any remaining residue.
